I GOT MY HAIR DONE ON FRIDAY :) ANYWAYS WE HAD DINNER AND THEN HEADED OUT TO BJS AN OUTSIDE BAR WE DANCED AND PARTIED NEEDLESS TO SAY I WOKE UP NOT TOO HAPPY I EVEN PUKED GROSSSS "BUT WE HAD A BLAST OF A WEEKEND!!!!!

HMMMM EATING HAS BEEN TERRIBLE AND I HAVE A CHRISTMAS PARTY TO GO TO ON SAT AND CELEBRATING CRISTMAS NEXT WED. SO GUESS WHAT IM TRYING TO SAY IS IM NOT DIETING.

I QUIT IM NOT DOING THE SHOW. I CANT. I DO NOT HAVE THE WILL POWER TO DIET THROUGH HOLIDAYS AND I HAVE ALOT OF FAT TO LOSE SO IT JUST PLAIN SUCKS.

i DID A BODY FAT CALCULATER ONLINE WITH NECK WAIST HIP MEASUREMENTS THAT WAS depressing IT SAID 28% THATS NASTY!

**CHRISTINE HAS LOST 44 LBS IN 3 MONTHS!!!! IAM SOOOOO PROUD OF HER SHE IS DOING AMAZING!!! HER WEIGHT TODAY IS 224LBS YOU DO THE MATH! IM EXITED TO SEE HOW FAR SHE WILL CHANGE HER BODY SHE HAS GONE FROM A SIZE 22 TO A SIZE 14!

sixty -five days to go till my comp.

im starting to think maybe i shouldnt diet during the holidays it has been hard. very hard.

but will see how my body responds.

Were going to a christmas party onthe 19th with my boyfriends company and i wanna look SUPER HOt!

Im the girl that got FAt after her comp and that sucks. i really do admire many women and i hope they know who they are who have kept there weight off who did nt stuff there faces and who kept being fit and lean.

i have not learned, it is still not a life style for me. im not sure it ever wil be.

today was a good day got all my workout in and cardio in.

cooked my fish and chicken for the week seperated waiting for me in the freezer!

i will be working wed- sunday 16 hrs on friday and sat so i need to give my workouts wed and thursday 100%

followed by 110% clean eating on friday and sat 16 hr shifts are hard. you get bored and you wanna eat!

thanks giving will be easy im working so no thanksgiving dinner for me wich is just fine!!! no cooking no eating and hubby is going to hes moms and kids are out of town. plain and simple

i know the holidays are here but i want my lean body back thats why i chose this comp. i wanna do it Now why wait for later why keep setting later and later days wheni can work towards it NOW!

My sons birthday was on the 15th and i hadnt shared any pics. My baby turned 9 he is in 4th grade. he is so innocent and such a good boy hes into wwe and plays with hes wrestlers 24/7 . He is loyal and humble and sweet. He asked to go to chucky cheese and chucky put a crown on him and sang happy birthday he was GLOWING!! CheesY Happy!

our car caught on fire

if you loo down at one of my post you will see my boyfriends lowrider. we just got it like a month ago. anyways it was in the side of our house on the back yard and it has hydraulics and one of the batteries explodde er were inside and i heard a loud BOOM! i look at our window and the car is on FIRE!!

the interior is completly ruined and int he am we will be able to really see the damages this sucks. Luckily my boyfriend was here and we both ran outside and grabbed the house and put it out! We are very lucky we were able to control it and it ddid not catch out porch and house on fire.

luckyly the kids were at dance and down the street. wheni saw the fire i opennde the front door and let my puppies out to the front yard they were good and did not run away!

it took about 20 minutes to calm down maybe 10 minutes and i went off to the gym and had my "back" workout.

food was right on track . so contest prep day 1 was exxelent!

i am sad about my boyfriends car it was our new famly project but iam glad and thankfull nobody got hurt and we did not damage our home.

haloween pics :)














we had a great time for haloween! My daugughter was a vampire. For school i painted her face white and she hated it!!!! so on sat she wore it like the pic above ....much better shes a girly girl! My son was scream! and i was....Wonder woman.




We went to an adult party and stayed out till 3am! I had snaks and ots of drinks then we went to dennys for the 3am drunk/buzz breakfast!!! Boy did we have a great time! I wore my comp hooker heels. i felt Sexy! I got lots of great compliments "not many people can pull off wonder woman you can!" awww that was so sweet it made my day. i was also told my costume was HOT! by several people it made me feel really good :)

i got my measurements done today....not to happy with them. maybe that will make me stick to my diet.

i got up this am and was at gym by 6am ran my 6 miles in 58 minutes. so cardios done:)

i then got kids ready for school and back to the gym . i did legs had a good workout felt STRONG!

i got in contact with tony my trainer and promised him i will stay close and keep my diet in check. i will concentrate on my goals to lose fat and continue to improve my body.

ok so sunday we drove to vegas me my boyfriend and 6 kids! about a 3hr 15minute drive. kids had a good time here are a few pics of my kids!

on our way home i had some cofee with a bit of capuccino
so i can say the meals were not perfect but i tried to make the cleanest choises i could do so im happy with how the the day went cause let me tell you i was worried!!!!

SO CLOSE YET SO FAR AWAY .......WHY ? WHY? WHY?

LAST 3 DAYS HAVE NOT BEEN GOOD. IT SEEMS LIKE I GET SO CLOSE TO GETTING UNDER 130 AND I GET TO 131 AND I GIVE UP I START TO EAT LIKE A CRAZY PERSON.

TOM IS THE HOUSE AND YESTERDAY I WORKED 16HRS AND I USE THAT AS AN EXCUSE TO EAT LIKE A PIG AND OFCOURSE TO TIRED FOR A WORKOUT .

TODAY I WORKED AT 4AM AND WAS SO TIRED THE REST OF THE DAY. I ATE JUNK AGAIN. AND DID NOT WORKOUT SO THAT MEAN NO WORKOUT ON SAT SUN AND MONDAY!

IM HOPING TOMOROW I FEEL BETTER AND GET MY GROOVE BACK. I CANNOT EXPLAIN IT AND WHY IT IS THAT ONCE I DO GOOD AND START IMPROVING I SET MYSELF BACK????? ANY ADVICE IS APPRECIATED

history will repeat it self i want to do the phoenix pfchang marathon in january. i need to start tracking my miles. goal is to do it in 4 hrs . 2 years ago it was done in 4hrs 15min.

tomorow is week 6 of my training and im getting stronger and faster on my runs.

today i had a small milestone that makes me feel stronger i was able toto half way (lol) jump up and pull myself up in a chin up to the bar just one but hey thats how i got started before.

me sick :(

last nite i came home and my whole body just ached after i thought about it for a while i think my daughter gave me the flu or something she had been home for 2 days with fever throwing up and body aches.

it knocked me out i had some nyquil and just knoked out right when i got home! this morning still felt ache and drowsy!! im gonna take a rest day!

today we go see my daddy in phoenix will b up there today and tomorow :)

i ate a cookie

ok i ate a cookie and 1/2 almost 2 there had been some cookies on my counter since sat am i had not touched them!

today i came home and my daughter made some sf jello with strawberrys .....mmmm delicius i had 2 cups of this well i think it made me crave sugar and i ate almost 2 cookies i then threw the other 2 in the trash

and went for a 30 minte jog. no more of that

ouch they felt sooooo good i did 6 of them :)

ok here it goes is shake and bake bad for you when trying to lose weight???? is it terible???? bad bad bad????? cause its really yummy . i had like 3 oz chiken breast yesterday 2 smallpieces were bbq as above and the other 2 were crispy. it was OMG good!






then i just finished itoff with 10 minutes on stepper !

i started off the day great! well sort off i ran out of my pre workout so f it right had sum cofee fat burner and off to gym!


i did shoulders and 4 miles in 39 minutes40sec.


i came home and being doing laundry allllll day! im am soooo tired so iam having a light cofee frapucinno ok ok 140cal for a grande but it has a ton of carbs and sugar (even the ligh:) ) but it does taste yummy!
i will post meals when i get back from my zumba class

:) NEW MAX LEG PRESS :)



today i did legs and i was already hurting i dont know if it was from the 2 hour cardio i did in the am or the 6 hr drive .

i like doing weights in the am but anyways i had no time this am so i had to do it tonite! i did a new record for me on my leg press i did 450 lbs for 6 reps :)

needless to say they were not 100% perfect form i put my hand on my legs but my legs do most of the work! its a slight cheat that i beleive will make me stronger!!!!!!! and some of them are half way down and then back up or atleast i dont let it hit the bar. any advice on this is welcomed!

i went to phoenix and picked up my kids they were with my parents for the weekend. i drove up there left here at 4am dropped off my boyfriend

i did 2 hours worth of cardio then turned around came home and stoppped at in and out got me a cheesburger animal style mmmmmm good. :)

wed bad food folowed by great workout


i just hope i burned up what i ate
so my day was going fine till i had what will call an "emotional breakdown" yeahhhhh ok......so anyways meal 1 post workout went great meal 2 great meal 3 not so great....i was upset pist and
i had a small bowl of cheetos with chile and lemon ....they are evil jalapeno cheetos dont try them!!!!!
and i followed it with 3 home made pizzas made with those flat bread thing i had bought and plenty of mozzarella cheese. the end
so workouts today were

folllowed by chest workout bout 45minutes or so
tonite i did 20 mites on stepper
10minute mile
zumba class 1hr
followed bu 2 mile run 20 minutes
im gonna have a protein shake and hit the sack. so anyways thats a few hrs of exercise.

week 1 down 14 to go ....30"

today i had my 1 week check in. it did not go very well i didnot have much progress my workouts kicked total ass i mean like 2 hrs a day between cardio and weights.

i dropped 2 lbs weight 138lbs

waist 30"

my goal for next wed is weight in at 135lbs.

good day.... bad day ....monday



GOOD: KIDS 1ST DAY OF SCHOOL THEY LOOKED SO BIG AND WERE HAPPY TO BE GOING TO SCHOOL!

BAD: ME AND MY BOYRIEND GOT IN A FIGHT LAST NIGHT AND I WAS FEELING LIKE CRAP ALL MORNING JUS T HOME FEELING SORRY FOR MYSELF.

GOOD: I DECIDED TO STOP THAT CRAP AND GO WORKOUT I DID LEGS HAD A GREAT WORKOUT WITH 30MINUTES OF CARDIO

GOOD:CAME HOME AND CLEANED UP THE HOUSE.....AND WENT TO TRY A """""""ZUMBA'''''''''''' CLASS I LIKED IT I WAS SWEATING LIKE CRAZY. THE CLASS IS 5 DAYS A WEEK BUT I CAN ONLY MAKE IT TWICE A WEEK AND IT WILLBE A GOOD ADDITION TO MY CARDIO!

My new workout outfits!











i got 3 new workout oufits at WALMART! super cheap! i got this orange top and leggings.
i got a puple shirt with cute yoga pants and another one like it in teal blue! im happy they fit really good and they were not expensive. i didnt get the pink one above but they didnt have a pic on line of the teal and purple so ithought i showed you the cute brown and pink one and i just might go pick it up:)

mONDAY gREAT START!

we (me and nando) started the morning off great! we finally got up early and went running together (nando before work) im off today. we ran 4 miles :)

diet was pretty good al last week gotta stay consistent! tryying to keep it clean! low on the carbs in the evening. and watching our portions!

my weight today was 140lbs and nando was 145 im ready to hit it hard

i did legs and abs already i hit it pretty hard so im super pumped and ready to challenge my self ill call this the **Hard ass/abs challenge** oh yeah !!!!

mmmm i thought these grapes look beautifull!! I had to buy them i been eating lots of fruits a bit to much i think for "weight loss"


just go these today after reading my bfl cook book im thinking bbq chiken pizza. or egg sandwich with turkey bacon.




i have been back from vacation since sunday. i had a weight gain while on vacation ate so much and had a blast! .






i have since been trying pretty hard to make wiser and healthier decisions. something in between paleo diet and bfl. trying to stayed away from processed food . i am also trying to decide if i want to and if i can afford a trainer. will c.
