FRUITS IN MY DIET




I ADDED FRUITS TO MY DIET THIS WEEK AND LET ME TELL YOU IMMMM LOVING IT. IVE BEEN SWEARING OFF FRUIT FOR A WHILE BECAUSE OF THE SUGAR(BUT ILL DOWN JUNK IN A HEART BEAT AND WEAK MOMENT)
I HAVE REALLY BEEN ENJOYING A BANANA IN MY OATMEAL.
AN APPLE WITH ALMONDS
AND LOVING CELERY WITH ALMOND BUTTER
AND PINEAPPLE DELICIOUS. LOOKING GOOD ON THE SCALE AND HAVENT BINGED IN A FEW DAYS OR ATE ANY JUNK. ILL UPDATE IN A FEW MORE DAYS

GOT MY NEW SUIT

I GOT MY NEW SUIT TODAY IN THE MAIL AND IT IS BEAUTIFULLLL.
I LOVE IT BUT IT IS TINY AND IT IS A SMALLER CUT THAN MY 1ST ONE SO I HAVE LOTS AND LOTS OF WORK TO DO.

ITS CRAZY HOW THE MIND WORKS AND HOW DIFFRENT GOALS WILL RE SET YOUR MIND SET AND YOUR DEDICATION.

I WANT A BREAST JOB BUT I WANT TO BE AT 115LBS WHEN I GET THAT.

ANOTHER THING I WANT TO COMPETE BUT I KNOW I HAVE NOT BEEN DEDICATED TO THAT GOAL AT ALL AND NOW I GOT A NEW SUIT........

SO IM GOING TO TAKE MY TIME NO SHOW DATE JUST WEIGHT LOSS FOR ME NOW. MY GOAL WEIGHT IS STILL 115 ;) AND THEN I WILL START CONTEST PREP. SO WHEN EVER I REACH THAT 115 I WILL THEN DECIDE WHAT SHOW I WILL DO. SO FOR NOW MY GOAL IS WEIGHT LOSS WITH CONSISTENCY EVERY WEEK. EVER DAY.

WEIGHT IS DROPPING FAST!


MY WEIGHT IS GOING DOWN DOWN DOWN! THIS MORNING MY SCALE WEIGHT WAS 131.4LBS :)


MY ABS WERE FLAT AND IM FEELING GOOD. I THINK MY I WENT DOWN ABOUT AN INCH :) NO MORE BLOATING!
WE WENT OUT TO THE BAR LAST NITE FOR A FRIENDS BIRTHDAY PARTY .
THERE WAS FOOD AND CAKE AND CHOCHOLATE COVERED STRAWBERRYS SEE PIC ABOVE (I BROUGHT SOME FOR THE KIDS AND SINCE THEY WERE AT MOMS IM DROPPING THEM OFF THERE NO TEMPTATION) AND
I HAD "NO ALCOHOL NO FOOD AND NO TREATS AND I TOLD ALL MY FRIENDS SORRY I CANT IM TRAINING!
BAK TO WEIGHT .......MY WEIGHT 131.4 BY NEXT WEEK I WILL BE UNDER 130 AND THATS A GREAT THING CAUSE I HAVE ONLY 70 DAYS TILL TILL THE SHOW AND LOTS OF WORK TO DO!

I HAVE FOUND


MY MOTIVATION IS NOW UP. I HAVE TURNED LIKE A LIGHT SWITCH. I HAVE A GOAL. I WILL PROVE TO EVERYONE AND MYSELF WHAT I AM CAPABLE OF IN 11 WEEKS. I WILL TRANSFORM MY BODY.

WORKOUT DONE FOR THIS MORNING HIT THE GYM AT 630 AM DID 7.75 MILES ON THE TREADMILL FOR 85 MINUTES :) LAST 30 MINUTES WERE 2 MIN WAL 2 MIN JOG

FOLLOWES BY 45 OF QUADS AND ABS.

FEELING GOOOD!

40+40+40=......

120 minutes of cardio and 45 minutes of weights .for today ....oh yeah ;)

Iam now training with a purpose! i must give it 100% ! i need to lose the body fat that

i have gained in the past 2 year, Get Some Abs and Rock That Stage. .goodnite.

I HIT THE GYM......

HARD THIS AM I NEED TO TRAIN WITH A PURPOSE :)

I DID 40 MINUTES OF CARDIO (RUNNING) FIRST THING THIS AM.

CAMEHOME GOT KIDS OFF TO SCHOOL ATE BREAKFAST.

GOT BAK TO GYM DID SHOULDERS AND ABS!

AND FINISHED WITH 40 MINUTES OF CARDIO I DID 2 MINUTES JOG/RUN WITH 2 MINTES OF PLYOS ON A BOX BACK AND FORTH FOR 40 MINUTES.

JENNY ADJUSTED MY DIET. WERE A BIT LOWER ON CARBS SO I CHECKIN WITH HER NEXT THURSDAY AND HOPE TO HAVE A GOOD UPDATE!

IM DOING .JUNE 20 2009 SHOW THIS WILL BE MY NEW SUIT :)

MONDAY ITS ON ..... NEED SUGGESTION???HELP?

ITS MONDAY AND IM BAK ON!
SO IF YOU READ MY LAST POST I ATE EVERYTHING IN SIGHT AT THE FAIR AND HAD NO WEIGHT GAIN KOOL HUH??? WELL NONOT AT ALL HERES THE TRUTH SO THAT WAS ON SAT RIGHT? GUESS WHAT HAPPENED ON SUNDAY??/ BAK ON TRACK UP ON TILL 7 PM WELL I BINGED !!!!! TOTALLY TILL MY TUMMY HURT. THAT SUCKS GUESS WHAT THE WEIGHT GAINNED HAPPENED AND TODAY STARTS WEEK 2 WITH MY TRAINER AND IM AT THE SAME WEIGHT THAT I STARTED. IT SUKS.

WHAT PART OF DIETING DONT I UNDERSTAND??? I MEAN I DO FREAKING 100% FOR 5 DAYS AND DAYS 6 AND 7 I JUST DONT WANT TO DIET OR EXERCISE. I THINKMY MENTALLITY IS THIS WAY BECAUSE OF BFL AND THE CHEAT DAY BUT DAM IT!!!!

IM JUST WONDERING HOW LONG IS THE LONGEST YOU HAVE GONE 100% CLEAN IM TALKING NOOOOOOO CHEATS AND HOW DID YOUR BODY RESPOND TO IT??

IAM ONLY ON DAY 3 OF MY DIET AND MY BODY LOSSES QUICKLY AND RESPONDS VERY WELL TO CLEAN EATING DUHHHH BUT I HAVE NEVER!!!! EVER GONE LONG WITH OUT CHEATING.

IS IT POSSIBLE TO LOSE SCALE WEIGHT DAILY?? AND IF SO I WONDER WHAT MY BODY IS REALLY CAPABLE OFF IN 12 WEEKS????
