PICK MYSELF UP AND TRY AGAIN.....

JUST DUST MYSELF OFF AND TRY AGAIN, TRY AGAIN.

THATS WHAT IM DOING JUST GETTING BACK ON MY DIET . CLEARING UP MY HEAD AND MY GOALS.

I DONT WANNA GET FAT SO I NEED TO GET ON IT! TIME TO SWITCH FLIP IT LIKE A LIGHT BULB AND JUST GET ON IT.

    I am so scared of regaining the weight I've lost...honestly I pray you havent as I need to know that one can keep the weight off...
    I'm still watching everything I eat and train 6x a week....too much fear. Just last night I told hubby that it will take a week for me to fall off the wagon for the weight to return..he promised he would keep me in check and not allow me to fall into that trap again...I've given away all my fat clothes!!!!

  2. Train for life, not for a diet. This is an ongoing process, as is life. We will lose, and we will gain. You have the right attitude, now lets do it!!

    Are you still working with your trainer? You haven't mentioned it lately. What do they have to say?
