Did you gain weight??? I am so scared of regaining the weight I've lost...honestly I pray you havent as I need to know that one can keep the weight off... I'm still watching everything I eat and train 6x a week....too much fear. Just last night I told hubby that it will take a week for me to fall off the wagon for the weight to return..he promised he would keep me in check and not allow me to fall into that trap again...I've given away all my fat clothes!!!!

Train for life, not for a diet. This is an ongoing process, as is life. We will lose, and we will gain. You have the right attitude, now lets do it!!
