i got up this am and was at gym by 6am ran my 6 miles in 58 minutes. so cardios done:)
i then got kids ready for school and back to the gym . i did legs had a good workout felt STRONG!
i got in contact with tony my trainer and promised him i will stay close and keep my diet in check. i will concentrate on my goals to lose fat and continue to improve my body.
I admire you for going to gym so early, then getting kids ready for school and going back...I had to do that when my kids were younger, but I was the trainer so had to get there.
