I have been avaeraging 2-3 ....... 16 hour shifts a week. im pooped. Not making all to much to the gym! and it shows!

so i beg Balance to come to me! I want the perfect weight/and body balnace, family, my overtime (cause we need the money) cant i have it all!

lifes gonna be OK

1st of all thank you for all the good wishes and understanding of my last post!

we saved our house. Family is great! (We are all healthy kids and i!)

my goal is consistency.

eat alot more vegies and alot alot Less Junk!

i will be lifting 3 times a week for the month of oct. and doing cardio as often as i can hopefully 5-6 times a week! THAT IS THE GOAL!

STRESS HAS BEEN HIGH. $$$ IS A BIG THING RIGHT NOW.......HOUSE WENT INTO FORCLOUSURE I WAS TRYING TO MODIFY AND IT DID NOT WORK SO WE HAD TO PULL MONEY OUT OF OUR @$$ WELL NOT REALLY .....WE HAD TO BOROWW ROM MY BOYFRIENDS MOM AND FINALLY PAID 6700 A FEW DAYS AGO.

NEEDLESS TO SAY I HAD NO MONEY FOR TILAPIA, TRAINER, OR PROTEIN SHAKES NEVER MIND FAT BURNERS.

I ALSO GET FORCED TO WORK 16HRS SHIFTS SOMETIMES 2X A WEEK WICH MAKES ME TIRED!!!!

thats 9 weeks out .....not sure i will do this one i have to get a hotel, travel time, time off etc.
basicly $$$$$ so im not for sure but i would like to!

and western regioganl in phoenix az 10 weeks out! On nov 6 2010! i am for sure doing this show! my family lives there and they will be able to go see me! :)

yesterday i set my little goal to hit it hard and have a great update with kim in 16 days now!!!

so yesterday was 110% today will be the same! and when i check in with him i will be 7 weeks out!!!! yikes yup time to get serius and let the weight start dropping!

my goal weight for this contest is 105!

and i want to do FIGURE!! i will do my own prep until 8 weeks out and then i will train with Felicia Romero. Why 8 weeks?? well im trying to save me some $$$ cha ching! wil see how it goes!

i am Now at a great start my weight is 119 this am. goal for next week is journal all my food and no sweets! if i do this correctly and dont pig out i need to lose 1 lbs a week. we have been hitting the gym hard!!! not so much cardio yet.

Hopefully i can improve my ass!

This is gonna be such a special show! see my friend Lisa is doig the show with me she is 15 years old she will be doing teen bikini and im traiing her! She is Beautifull!! and let me tell you has a great little frame to start!

it has now been 16 days after my comp! :)








as you might know i did go to vegas right after comp. we were there 5 days i was gone from home 10 days total .. lots and lots of eating and relaxing!






ok back to reality i got mybutt back to work and the diet and training started!






Diet now is fighter diet! http://www.fighterdiet.com/ i have not been following it 100% but i am trying last week i started it and after all my gains from vegas my weight was 124lbs start on monday. saturday am 117. we did have wendys on wed and 2 serv of icecream other than that it was right on. so it was not a "reefeed" it was junk reffed wich iss not fighter diet style . but so far im loving this diet!
i will be posting progress pics every few weeks. i will improve this body of mine! im really thinking of doing the nov 6 show in phoenix az wich actually would put me 17 weeks out!
hey i gotta gets my npc card moneys worth! and the main thing is to not get fat again!

Why spend all that time on cardio machines and diet like a maniac just to blow it when you are unmotivated? How hungry can you be, right? You are not starving! You get meals daily.

It must be a lack of insight. It must be a lack of understanding that makes you all fail when it comes to reaching your fitness goals. Or maybe it’s a chosen attitude? Maybe you don’t really want to, it’s more a fantasy? What do I know?

But one thing I know is right and it’s the fact you get what you put in.

46 days till show time and some breast aug $$$$

quick update i had a great great!!! mothers day with my man my children and my family!!!

also had a great weekend workout with lizzy bootcamp and sprints nice!!!

went to the grocery store had a nice full basket well not realy but i went to use my atm and had no money how emberrasing!!! so why am i telling you hmmm i dont know :) yet ......i do have a check that i havent cashed and im not going too because it is my bonus money. i usually use this as vacation money but this year its gonna be breast aug money :)

so any one have any advice experience about boob job???

anyways i hope this month i drop some lbs really need to be alot closer by june 1st cause there will only be 3 weeks left after that!

I turned that frown up side down!!! and had a great day!

I was having a sad, bad, emotional day. ..... when i got home from work because my daughters dance recital tikets sold out in 1 day and i still needed tikets for my family . My man took the time to get my butt out of bed (iwas moody and crying) and he reminded me of my goal to step on stage.... i got up turned my frown :( up side down :) and got my ass to the gym! im glad i did! i got a good workout in and im getting stronger. i also got acopliment and a guy atthe gym is like wow your just transforming your body!! i cant do pull ups yet but **I can do chin ups and push ups and that makes me happy! i know im improving! **

happy tuesday.......my goal for the week is

weight goal 121lbs!

hit it hard and strong and have a good check in with kim on friday jope weight is down to 121 by friday and hope pics in 2 weeks show a good progress in that nasty mid section i need to get down!

30 minutes of cardio walked at incline then went into a jog and then sprints every 10 minutes! 30 minutes done its now 3am gonna get ready for work!

this just sukcs!!! i am really giiving it 100% for 5 weeks i have foloowed my program but i know im trying to get off 3 years worth of gaining and losing fat!

so anyways he said in the next 3 weeks we will know if im gonna mke it to may 29th show! i will let you guys know as soon as i know!

My goal is to look ready for stage not ready to start contest prep!

other than that we had a trip to phoenix friday evening to sat am missed 1 cardio . sat went to fair after getting back from phoenix missed 1 cardio. today is sunday im tired and although im suppposed to do 90 min of cardio guess what im tired and i think im gonna skip workouts and enjoy walking around with my family and not eat all the fair food!

earthquake, family reuinion and weekend update!

friday i got in the am did my 60 minutes of cardio .i was short 10 minutes and away we went to my boyfriends family reunion. friday breakfast started looking like this......tortas df! (drool) and nope i didnt have any! i waited another hour tillit was time for me to eat and had my protein shake!

ok so thats my food porn the weekend! everything looked and smelled sooo freaking delicious!!! they were making home made tortillas and ceviche! anyways everyting looked and smelled so freaking good!!!!

none of the above i was 100% on my diet and my plan had an ice chest full of food for 3 days! and stayed on my plan! i did miss my workouts sat and sunday but i was so proud of my 100%clean eating!
we had a great weekend it was my 1st family reuinion with my boyfriend it felt great! he kept introducing me as hes wife! and im not but might as well be it felt so good! we were down in mexico in a verry poor area we had to sleep in tents because there family is very poor.....the kids loved it!! and we did sleep very well!
came sunday......we were having lunch and the 7.2 earthquake hit! the kids weere yelling and screaming they were so scared! there was lots of cracks on the floor. another 7. some hita agin and lots of after shoks. nextthing we know there is lots of water coming fromthe ground and then the out side wood bathroom started overflowing all over the whole lawn! we had to move all the cars and tents etc to a dry lot asap!!! floor still shaking. we hear the roads are broke! well we took a chance and left before it got dark.... no lights! so we had to sswerve in and out of street the streets were cracked up like 1 foot! we have an suv so we were ok at 1 point the street was up and down several feet where a small bridge broke! we made it to mexicali and the border was closed! we were in a dark city with 2 cars 7 kids (hungry) no electriciyt and my sister inlaw gas light goes on no gas no pumps!!! and the next border is 1 hr away!!! we sleep/stay in the boarder from 8pm to midnight.. when a cop ell us the gates/port of entry are staying open open all night we ask how far and he says about 10 minutes (remember my sisterinlaw is on empty light on) so we take a chance! finally at 2am we made it across the border! got gas and had our 2 hr trip home!
4am finnaly home got kids carls i ate my fish and went to bed!
