DAY 3 WED CHECK IN DOING GOOOOD

WOKE UP THIS AM DID 3 MILES

THEN WEIGHTS CHEST SHOULDERS AND TRIS

GOOD WORKOUT!

YESTERDAY WE DID THE AM CARDIO 4 MILES AND IN THE EVENING RAN 3 MILES WALKED 1.

MEALS ARE GOING GOOD STILL NEED SOME CROCK POT IDEAS:)

GOTTA GO TO WORK.
