went home got kids ready for school
went back to gym 3 miles 29 minutes
went to bank down the street 10min max
came back did 3 more miles
im tired.....and got zumba tonite!
history will repeat it self i want to do the phoenix pfchang marathon in january. i need to start tracking my miles. goal is to do it in 4 hrs . 2 years ago it was done in 4hrs 15min.
tomorow is week 6 of my training and im getting stronger and faster on my runs.
today i had a small milestone that makes me feel stronger i was able toto half way (lol) jump up and pull myself up in a chin up to the bar just one but hey thats how i got started before.

it knocked me out i had some nyquil and just knoked out right when i got home! this morning still felt ache and drowsy!! im gonna take a rest day!
today we go see my daddy in phoenix will b up there today and tomorow :)

im gonna have to finish with some cardio tonite i have a meeting to go to :( so i did not have enough time.
I know i can do better. i can hit it harder and longer i can add hills i can do more i need to step it up! so i can get the results i want!

today i came home and my daughter made some sf jello with strawberrys .....mmmm delicius i had 2 cups of this well i think it made me crave sugar and i ate almost 2 cookies i then threw the other 2 in the trash
and went for a 30 minte jog. no more of that

workout done for today
i started with 30 minutes = 3 miles jog
folowed by shoulders
and inbetween my exercises i did sprints 1/4 mile my fastes was at 1min 46 sec my slowest was at 2minutes like 2 sec
ouch they felt sooooo good i did 6 of them :)
ok here it goes is shake and bake bad for you when trying to lose weight???? is it terible???? bad bad bad????? cause its really yummy . i had like 3 oz chiken breast yesterday 2 smallpieces were bbq as above and the other 2 were crispy. it was OMG good!
then i just finished itoff with 10 minutes on stepper !

today i did legs and i was already hurting i dont know if it was from the 2 hour cardio i did in the am or the 6 hr drive .
i like doing weights in the am but anyways i had no time this am so i had to do it tonite! i did a new record for me on my leg press i did 450 lbs for 6 reps :)
needless to say they were not 100% perfect form i put my hand on my legs but my legs do most of the work! its a slight cheat that i beleive will make me stronger!!!!!!! and some of them are half way down and then back up or atleast i dont let it hit the bar. any advice on this is welcomed!
i did 2 hours worth of cardio then turned around came home and stoppped at in and out got me a cheesburger animal style mmmmmm good. :)
now i need to go do legs
