wed early am then work

workout this am done already i had chest and did a slow 5 mile jog out doors. i have lots to do today so i had to get up early and get it done its been 78degrees outside just beautifull!

10 miles why cause i stepped it up thats why....

i ran 4 miles from 6:10 to 6:56

went home got kids ready for school

went back to gym 3 miles 29 minutes

went to bank down the street 10min max

came back did 3 more miles

hit legs!

im tired.....and got zumba tonite!

history will repeat it self i want to do the phoenix pfchang marathon in january. i need to start tracking my miles. goal is to do it in 4 hrs . 2 years ago it was done in 4hrs 15min.

tomorow is week 6 of my training and im getting stronger and faster on my runs.

today i had a small milestone that makes me feel stronger i was able toto half way (lol) jump up and pull myself up in a chin up to the bar just one but hey thats how i got started before.

steppin it up monday!


so last week i said i was gonna step it up today is monday so lets do it!

so far today i got 7 miles in :) that would be in 70 minutes nice and steady. then i did shoulders. had a good workout.

tonite i have zumba. for 1 hr will c how the day goes

me sick :(

last nite i came home and my whole body just ached after i thought about it for a while i think my daughter gave me the flu or something she had been home for 2 days with fever throwing up and body aches.

it knocked me out i had some nyquil and just knoked out right when i got home! this morning still felt ache and drowsy!! im gonna take a rest day!

today we go see my daddy in phoenix will b up there today and tomorow :)

im gonna have to finish with some cardio tonite i have a meeting to go to :( so i did not have enough time.

I know i can do better. i can hit it harder and longer i can add hills i can do more i need to step it up! so i can get the results i want!

i ate a cookie

ok i ate a cookie and 1/2 almost 2 there had been some cookies on my counter since sat am i had not touched them!

today i came home and my daughter made some sf jello with strawberrys .....mmmm delicius i had 2 cups of this well i think it made me crave sugar and i ate almost 2 cookies i then threw the other 2 in the trash

and went for a 30 minte jog. no more of that

diet has been giving me great results this week 132lbs today :) so im happy

today i did legs with 2.5 miles

went back to gym did 3 more miles easly slow jog

tonite i have zumba and tomorow i do progress pics.

sprints kick a** but what about shake n bake???



workout done for today





i started with 30 minutes = 3 miles jog





folowed by shoulders





and inbetween my exercises i did sprints 1/4 mile my fastes was at 1min 46 sec my slowest was at 2minutes like 2 sec





ouch they felt sooooo good i did 6 of them :)

ok here it goes is shake and bake bad for you when trying to lose weight???? is it terible???? bad bad bad????? cause its really yummy . i had like 3 oz chiken breast yesterday 2 smallpieces were bbq as above and the other 2 were crispy. it was OMG good!






then i just finished itoff with 10 minutes on stepper !

i have had no cheats in 3 days .

feeling good. weight this am was still 134 second day in a row so thats a good thing :)

i need to do a second cardiio tonite. and i already did arms and cardiio this am now its off to work

wed 4 week update

today it makes 4 weeks that i have been working with tony. looking at my pics iam doing pretty good i think i will still wauit a week or two till i post them:)

goal for this week is to not cheat. cheating is bad bad bad and my body responds pretty well so i need to give it 100% for me. because i want to feel good and look GOOD!

my workouts, cardio and meals for today.


i started off the day great! well sort off i ran out of my pre workout so f it right had sum cofee fat burner and off to gym!


i did shoulders and 4 miles in 39 minutes40sec.


i came home and being doing laundry allllll day! im am soooo tired so iam having a light cofee frapucinno ok ok 140cal for a grande but it has a ton of carbs and sugar (even the ligh:) ) but it does taste yummy!
i will post meals when i get back from my zumba class

:) NEW MAX LEG PRESS :)



today i did legs and i was already hurting i dont know if it was from the 2 hour cardio i did in the am or the 6 hr drive .

i like doing weights in the am but anyways i had no time this am so i had to do it tonite! i did a new record for me on my leg press i did 450 lbs for 6 reps :)

needless to say they were not 100% perfect form i put my hand on my legs but my legs do most of the work! its a slight cheat that i beleive will make me stronger!!!!!!! and some of them are half way down and then back up or atleast i dont let it hit the bar. any advice on this is welcomed!

i went to phoenix and picked up my kids they were with my parents for the weekend. i drove up there left here at 4am dropped off my boyfriend

i did 2 hours worth of cardio then turned around came home and stoppped at in and out got me a cheesburger animal style mmmmmm good. :)
now i need to go do legs

2 weeks update

i had my 2 weeks update with my trainer it went good.

weight for 2 week mark is 137lbs. goal for next wed will be 135.
