progress pics week 10 of my transformation


this makes week 10 of my 15 week challenge to myself . some weeks have been good others not so good. so i didnt want to post progress pics just cause i wanted them to be a huge difference but i thought what the heck.........havent done themin a while so here they are. weight is 130lbs my goal is 115.








once i get to 115 actually by the 1st week of january iw ould like to start a contest prep. will see.

fridays workout is done .....

yesterdays food went just as planned. today shall go good too. i already did 70 minutes of cardio and chest workout.

i got my measurements done today....not to happy with them. maybe that will make me stick to my diet.

they have gone down a tiny little bit.

thursday .......going goood.

i got up this am and was at gym by 6am ran my 6 miles in 58 minutes. so cardios done:)

i then got kids ready for school and back to the gym . i did legs had a good workout felt STRONG!

i got in contact with tony my trainer and promised him i will stay close and keep my diet in check. i will concentrate on my goals to lose fat and continue to improve my body.

Sunday recap**lowrider show in vegas*** my meals and weight






ok so sunday we drove to vegas me my boyfriend and 6 kids! about a 3hr 15minute drive. kids had a good time here are a few pics of my kids!
meals went down like this

i had a fruit and walnut salad and cofee
lunch at car show
3 carne asada tacos can you say mmmmmm ok so 3 tacos was pushing it 2 would of been better but i had 3 and thats that! and diet coke
dinner we stopped at apllebys
i had the chiken and portabellos sandwich with fruit and diet coke
on our way home i had some cofee with a bit of capuccino
so i can say the meals were not perfect but i tried to make the cleanest choises i could do so im happy with how the the day went cause let me tell you i was worried!!!!
weight this am a happy 128.

last three days worth of cardio 9 miles 90 minutes for wed and thursday

and today 4 miles this am and just got done with 4 miles tonite for a total of 80 minutes woooo im tired!

i felt pretty good this am and im feeling like the body is changing. so

then i got kids out to school and i went and did 30 more minutes of cardio. thats it need to get ready for work and cooking is done need to pack up my meals for the next few days

SO CLOSE YET SO FAR AWAY .......WHY ? WHY? WHY?

LAST 3 DAYS HAVE NOT BEEN GOOD. IT SEEMS LIKE I GET SO CLOSE TO GETTING UNDER 130 AND I GET TO 131 AND I GIVE UP I START TO EAT LIKE A CRAZY PERSON.

TOM IS THE HOUSE AND YESTERDAY I WORKED 16HRS AND I USE THAT AS AN EXCUSE TO EAT LIKE A PIG AND OFCOURSE TO TIRED FOR A WORKOUT .

TODAY I WORKED AT 4AM AND WAS SO TIRED THE REST OF THE DAY. I ATE JUNK AGAIN. AND DID NOT WORKOUT SO THAT MEAN NO WORKOUT ON SAT SUN AND MONDAY!

IM HOPING TOMOROW I FEEL BETTER AND GET MY GROOVE BACK. I CANNOT EXPLAIN IT AND WHY IT IS THAT ONCE I DO GOOD AND START IMPROVING I SET MYSELF BACK????? ANY ADVICE IS APPRECIATED
