CHOCOLATE DESERT/BANANA SPLIT??? MAYBE
1/2 CUP FAT FREE FAGE YOGURT
1/2 SCOOP CHOCOLATE PEANUT BUTTER PROTEIN SHAKE
1TBSP PEANUT BUTTER
1/2 TBPS COCOA
MIX ALL TOGETHER FREEZE FOR ABOUT 5 MINUTES I COULDNT WAIT LONGER TOP WITH A BANANA MMMMMMMM
training
today i just had cardio so far 40 minutes. 20 minutes of it was hiit! will do about 20 more minutes.
food
eating has been 100%
can time go by now so i can see some progress!!!

week3 day 1**** Fruit salad and cocoa almonds review and recepies**


FRUIT SALAD RECEPIE
I HAD THIS TODAY IT WAS SOOOO YUMMY KINDA BIG ON THE PORTION BUT IT WAS DELICIOUSSSSS AND AFTER 5 DAYS OF CLEAN EATING 100% I THINK I DESERVE IT
1 CONTAINER OF FAT FREE FAGE YOGURT
1 BANANA
1 APPLE
3TBSP SHREDDED COCUNUT (IT WAS SWEETEND)
3TBSP ALMONDS "HAD TO ADD AN EXTRA FROM 2 TO 3 :) "
1PAK OF SLPENDA AND CINNAMON!
MIX IT ALL TOGETHER IN A BOWL. I REALLLLY ENJOYED THIS!

omg i was in heaven i had to buy the 100 cal paks cause i would of ate the whole bag!!! i didnt know if you guys had tried this so i had to tell you guys about them. At the end of the day if i was good i had it with a chocolate protein shake aaaaa!

WEEK 3 DAY 1 . WORKOUTS GOING GREAT! TODAY I HAD UPPER BODY AND GOT IN 50 MINUTES OF CARDIO. WORKOUS HAVE BEEN INTENSE AND IM WORKOING OUT REALLY HARD!

has also been good for about 5 or 6 days now :) yeahhhh me!!! im watching my carbs not counting but still having my same staples . chicken turkey breast , almonds, eggs, grapefruit.

week 2 done...scale broke....

well today is friday week 2 is just about done for me. i really dont have much exiting things to say.

training
has been great! lifting heavy! trying to atleast!
and getting all my workouts in (exept for this past monday i worked and was exhausted! )

eating
has been right on . last 4 days i have been low carbish.
my staples for the week have been:
eggs
almonds
chicken ground turkey breast
protein shakes
grapefruit.

im feeling good on this diet. plan to stay on it till next sat. then i will have a free day.

scale
my scale gave up. it is broke or needs a battery. this might be a good thing. i will do pics in 2 more weeks

WEEK 2 DAY # 4 EVERYTHING IS GOING WELL.

ONE WEEK DOWN 11 TO GO IAM DOING BFL NOW.

LAST WEEK I HAD 4.5 GREAT DAYS DAY 5 6 7 NOT SO GOOD BUT NOT EXACTLY TERRRIBLE.

STILL WORKING OVERTIME!

WEIGHT TODAY WAS 136LS IN START OF WEEK 2 DOWN HMM 1 POUND.

virus help??

i think i have a virus on my computer anytime iam trying to read your blogs this stupid thing pops up blocked wheni clickonit it is trying to sell me antivirus. i just got my norton antivirus again trying to stop that but it keeps happeneing. the link at bottom says its from ieblacklist.com i googled that and it does not sound good. norton will charge me 99-140 dollars to remove what elese can i do???

question about deadlifts and squats???


i just added deadlifts and squats to my routine yup i have never really done alot of squats with barbell only some on smith machine and not maxed out. so i decided new workout new exercises!


so my ? is when doing my squats the barbell is 45lbs right and i add the amount of weight so thats normally the amount every one is talkiing about right? i know it sounds like a dumb ? also how do you preffere to squat? free style barbell or smith machine! free style is very challeneging for me and i am still very weak because i never do them i usually leg press! any tips on tis is greatly appreaciated
on deadlifts well ive done them with dumbells. but now im gonna start with barbell. i got to 60lbs wich was 30lbs on each side plus barbell 45lbs right?? only 75lbs and my wrist was givving out i felt i could lift it but it was hard onmy hands/ wrist. any tips would be great!
so anyways im exited to see what new results my new exercises will give me :) i hope to someday be able to squat ALOT! hehehhe

happy new year!! i finally ......

worked out today after about 12 days of not working out!!!! yup ate like miss piggy and did not workout. i then worked 97 hrs of overtime for the month of december gonna be able to pay my bills this month :)

so today i did 82 minutes of walk run cardio for a total of 7 miles!!! can you say SLOWWWW my legs are ache.

im so happy to have worked out, i went to work at 4 am this am got off at noon took a nap 2 hrs omg i was so tired from all the early ams!!!
anyways tomorow i will hit the gym again im thinking cardio the rest of the week and on monday i will be back im my routine back to my weights cooking my food on sunday for the week. and kids went back to school today so come monday ill be on it!
