im off today thanks to furlough friday.
so today i getto go to my ZUMBA class :)
i did 4 miles this am came home got kids ready for school.
went back to gym did 4 more miles and shoulders.
*** i had a great!!! workout. im really working on my sprints!!! and loving it i like to challenge myself.
heres my break down on my miles SOMETIME I DO 3 MILES BEFORE I GET KIDS UP HAVE A 1HR BREAK AND THEN I FINISH. OR WHAT EVER I HAVE TIME TO DO. AND I RUN 1 MILE AT A TIME AND REST ABOUT 1 MINUTE.
