this makes week 10 of my 15 week challenge to myself . some weeks have been good others not so good. so i didnt want to post progress pics just cause i wanted them to be a huge difference but i thought what the heck.........havent done themin a while so here they are. weight is 130lbs my goal is 115.
once i get to 115 actually by the 1st week of january iw ould like to start a contest prep. will see.

ReplyDeleteI just discovered your blog. I met with a personal trainer today for the first time. I don't have a lot of weight to lose, I would just like to firm up a bit. Your blog will be a great motivator. I'd love to do something similar to this.
