happy tuesday.......my goal for the week is

weight goal 121lbs!

hit it hard and strong and have a good check in with kim on friday jope weight is down to 121 by friday and hope pics in 2 weeks show a good progress in that nasty mid section i need to get down!

30 minutes of cardio walked at incline then went into a jog and then sprints every 10 minutes! 30 minutes done its now 3am gonna get ready for work!
