workout done....

5 mile run and back workout with abs ..... im tired need a nap! i need to eat 1st! clean house or nap .....probably nap! will c

  1. Don't you feel GREAT after you run 5 miles??? I always feel so awesome! It's like your body thanks you...lol

  2. I know exactly how you feel.... I always feel like I need a nap after I do more than 1 workout- like my body has been broken down and now it has to sleep to repair itself... or that's just its defense mechanism so that I don't beat it up anymore lol :) But way to go, Ana!
