my 1st workout with my new trainer




workout done for this am . started off this morning with 5 mile run=50 min + 10 min workout at 6am :)

followed by breakfast..... and bak to gym for chest and triceps. feeling GREAT! just got `12 weeks to go right???? im gonna take it one day at a time..... one week at a time so i can do great in12 weeks!
