well day 1 went great i was 100% on it! today is just day 2 of my next 12 weeks program. i am seriusly taking it 1 day at a time. yesterday i ran 8 miles total. 5 miles then 3 miles after my workout. today i am sore from my chest workout yesterday. i did NOT want to get up for my morning cardio but i got up off my cozy bed.....and was at the gym by 6am ran 5 miles today i will do legs! and now ti me for some oats and whites
