DAY FOUR BEGINS TODAY
DAY 3 WAS GOOD BUT NOT 100% PERFECT MAYBE THATS WHY MY WEIGHT IS STILL 131LBS.
I HAD MY 2 SHAKES WENT TO LUNCH WITH MY BOYFRIEND HAD A YUMMY GRILLED CHICKEN SAND AND SIDE OF COTTAGE CHEESE.
BUT THEM ME AND MY DAUGHTER "MADE" CHOCOLATECHIP COOKIES YUP WE DID AND GUESS WHAT I ATE 3 OF THEM THEY WERE LITTLE BUT THATS NO EXCUSE SO I WENT FOR A 2 MILE RUN.
SO WEIGHT FOR DAY 3 AND THIS MORNING 131LBS
GOAL FOR TODAY "NO NUTS" AND 100% N A LITTLE MORE CARDIO YESTERDAY I ONLY DID 1 MILE AFTER MY BACK WORKOUT AND 2 MILES AFTER THE COOKIES.
THIS PROGRAM IS GONNA WORK FOR ME :)
