DAY 6 CLEANSE

DAY 5 WAS BETTER I HAD A LIITLE BIT OF "NUTS" AND A PROTEIN BAR WITH MY DINNER SHAKE. OVERALL NOT BAD.

WEIGHT THIS AM 131 I KNOW I CANT STOP WEIGHTING IN EVERY DAY SOMEDAY MAYBE I WILL STOP THAT .

SO FAR THIS AM I WARMED UP 10 MIN AND RAN 2 MILES FOLLOWED BY CHEST AND ARM WORKOUT. GOTTA GET KIDS READY FOR SCHOOL AND THEN IM OFF FOR ANOTHER 4-5 MILES .

IM FEELING GOOD AND I FEEL THE CONSISTENCY IS PAYING OFF. THIS WEEKEND WILL BE 10 WEEKS THAT I HAVE BEEN DIETING WHEN I FIRST STARTED WITH BODY FOR LIFE IT TOOK ME "1 YEAR" FROM START TO STAGE SO IM LOOKING FOWARD TO A FEW MONTHS OF TRAINING AND SOME CHANGES IN MY BODY!

  1. Word of advise...STOP WEIGHING YOURSELF EVERYDAY! It will drive you crazy, you know MANY factors can cause your weight to fluctuate. Hide the scale if you must! Mine stays in the closet or tucked away so i don't stress about it.
