fun weekend







here are some pics from our car show this past weekend. nando took second place in strret customs. car club took home 7 trophies! and some fluffy pics of me full of carbs yum yum weight is 138lbs in these pics
no workout on monday and today was good did 3 miles this am and followed with legs pretty hard! will do more cardio tonite!

    That is a nice ride. I think you two go good together.

    I read that thing a few posts down about "What to do to not lose weight" How convicting. Lately I'll eat nuts because it's good fat. Yikes! And it's true about not having as much energy when you're cutting.
