136lbs .......not good

ok iam inday 2 week 4 .

my starting stats updated in side bar......
bust 36 *fat*
waist 31 wtf
abs 37
hips 38
thigh 22.5
calf 13
arms 12

today i weight in after i think 22 days and iam down......1 pound!!!!!!!!!
thats it 1 sorry pound.

i know i have let my self go i did this to myself for being lazy and eating donuts but it plain out sucks!!!!!!

ofcourse im not giving up cause then the fat will never go away but dam i want that stupid scale to go down.


  1. Okay here is how I look at it... Don't beat yourself up... you've made good changes in those 22 days... now you have to just keep building on that. Make some lists of things you did right and things you could do better and then everyday focus on one of the things you want to do better until you got that one down. Just keep moving forward... if you slip pick yourself up fast and keep moving in the right direction. Make lists of how living this lifestyle makes you feel, and make lists of how the other lifestyle makes you feel... read them everyday...

    Just some thoughts :)

  2. Hang in there, it will come!

    I was just dealing with the same thing, 4 weeks in and the scale wasn't budging. My coach says it won't happen until you see it mentally, it's all about focus.

    I don't know about you but I find it hard to get focused when I am not seeing any changes!

    Anywho, I have been waking up hungry all week and the scale is finally moving!

    Keep plugging along and you will likely see big drops, probably 3-5 lbs at a time.
