fun weekend







here are some pics from our car show this past weekend. nando took second place in strret customs. car club took home 7 trophies! and some fluffy pics of me full of carbs yum yum weight is 138lbs in these pics
no workout on monday and today was good did 3 miles this am and followed with legs pretty hard! will do more cardio tonite!

Do this and you will never succeed:
Restart, restart,restart. Did you blow your diet during the friday and thus reason you can just as well keep on thru out the weekend and start over fresh again on monday?
Do you constantly work on your perfect solution which is so perfect you can never ever execute it?
Do you sneak in a special treat (oh it’s just 90 calories) almost every day?
Do you eat a little more because you train so hard?
Is your stomach jiggly because you always have pms 365 days of the year or you’re just fat honestly?
Do you use the bike because it’s easier and you can SIT DOWN and read?
Using machines instead of free weights because the latter are more difficult?
Are you sleeping in and missing your cardio more than once a week?
You refuse to realize your cheat days of all-out-eating will keep you fat?
You truly think you’ve got so much muscle, THAT is why you are thick? Not the fat on top huh?
Nuts are healthy so you eat a few servings a day. And you wonder why you won’t lose weight????
You go by “conventional standards” and thus eat according to what a person in the 50’s ate when being physically active with labor work and all, and you wonder why you are not leaner?
Do you heap on olive oil because it’s healthy fat? Some one told you it is good so you overdo it?
A little snack here and there won’t hurt huh?
You always forget to do cardio, but you do get in your weight training and this is key huh because stimulating the strong muscle mass burns the fat FOR you?….
You could never decrease your calories to get leaner: oh oh, you’d be less strong!!!! scary huh!!!
You don’t lose fat even though you train cardio once a day? Hm, try two times a day for three months and you’ll see…
You give up if you have not leaned out after 7 days.
there are many more ways to get no results, but let’s keep it short.

workouts monday and tuesday and valentines day

valentines day we went out to dinner with some friends. and then we went dancing with a few of our friends we had lots of fun! my man gave me the dress im wearing and some sexy heels! and wooo thats a close up pic of me huh? lol check out my makeup ;) heheheh.

workouts monday were upper body nice and heavy felt great! plus 4 miles eating was exxelent!

tuesday workout was just cardio ran 5 miles! today i ate good almost all day then i had a chocolate candy bar oh well. im making stir fry for dinner

i worked so much overtime last week my workouts were non exixiting it sucked!!!

so my goal for this week is to get 5 workouts in! 5 runs in! and eat clean!

PROGRESS PICS DAY 1 AND DAY 26. HMMMM ITS WORKING IM GETTING A BIT SMALLER QUITE A BIT OF WORK TO GO MAYBE BY AUG MY 32ND BIRTDAY I WILL BE LEAN CUT AND HOT!
THE ONLY THING I REGRET ABOUT MY COMP IN 2007 IS NOT TAKING MORE PICS:) I SWWEAR I HAVE ONLY BEEN THAT LEAN FOR ABOUT 6 MONTHS OF MY ENTIRE LIFE I REGRET NOT DOING A PHOTO SHOOT FOR MYSELF. SO MY GOAL WOULD BE A PHOTO SHOOT FOR MYSELF FOR AUG 2010!
BACK FAT IS MY WORSE ENEMY!!! I THINK I HAVE TO BE AT MY LEANEST TO GET RID OF THAT!

HAS BEEN GOOD STILL NOT 100% YESTERDAY I GUESS WAS MY FREE DAY CAUSE I ATE LIKE IT WAS TODAY BACK ON IT.

I HAVE A TATTOO I GOT ON MY BACK WHEN I WAS 18! HMMM IM 31 NOW BASICLY I WANNA COVER UP I WOULD LOVE SOME IDEAS ON A SEXY, OR FITNESS TATTOO T O COVER IT UP!!!

today i weight in after i think 22 days and iam down......1 pound!!!!!!!!!
thats it 1 sorry pound.

i know i have let my self go i did this to myself for being lazy and eating donuts but it plain out sucks!!!!!!

ofcourse im not giving up cause then the fat will never go away but dam i want that stupid scale to go down.

week 4 starts today

today is day 1 of week 4!

i had a good workout tis am! back on my diet ater 2 dyas off of it. i actually did pretty good i was in phoenix with my parents from wed to sunday and i stayed clean wed thur fri and almost all of sat then i had a complete frree day sunday.

but anyways one of the girls that staretd this with me is down 6lbs!!!! wich is awesome! but... i dont know how much im down i know it aint 6lbs! :(

anyways i have nbeen more consistent than i have been in along time and thats all that matters !
