SORRY TO DISAPPOINT YOU

THURSDAY BREAK DOWN.

WORKOUT WENT EXELLENT AND I HAD MEAL 1 2 3 4 5 6 EVERYTHING GREAT AND DANDY AND THEN.........HERE IT GOES I GOT TO AN ARGUMENT WITH MY MAN SKIPPED MEAL 7 HAD A TERRIBLE EMOTIONAL NIGHT.

"tHE CHEAT" :WICH FOLLOWED WITH 2 FUN SIZE NEXTLE BARS 1 SLICE OF CHEESE AND 1 HAM NN CHEESE LUNCHABLE.THE END

I KNOW I KEEP THINKING I HAVE CONTROL AND THEN SOMETHING HAPPENS AND I KILL IT. I DONT WANT YOU GUYS TO THINK I SUCK COMPLETELY BUT I HONESTLY FEEL I AM DOING BETTER AND BELEIVE OR NOT (NOT MAKING EXCUSES FOR MYSELF) BUT I HAVE NOT GONE ON A COMPLETE AND TOTAL STOMACH HURTING BINGE AND THATS HUGE FOR ME. I STILL BELEIVE I AM GETTING GOOD PROGRESS AND I REALLY LOOK FOWARD TO PROGRESS PICS.

I KNOW MY CHEATING IS NOT HAVING ANY DICIPLINE.....BUT IT IS IMPROVING ATLEAST IN MY EYES AND IT IS A PROGRESS WHERE MUST GAIN CONTROLL AND LEARN TO LIVE A HEALTHY LIFESTYLE AT A WEIGHT AND BODY FAT THAT I LIKE FOR MYSELF.

  1. Ana - don't even sweat it. Ok first of all your 'cheat' wasn't even that bad!!! It's nothing compared to how bad it could have been. Sometimes we don't completey fall off the wagon, rather just dangel off the side till we can pull ourselves back up, right?
Fights with boyfriends and crappy days at work can do that to ya - just try not to let them get the best of you because eating the junk will just make you feel crappier. YOu are doing a WONDERFUL job and it will pay off - matter of fact you know it already is - so keep it up...

What I did when I binged was I tried to remembe the guilt and how bad I felt for doing it, and for slowing my progress, it kept me from going overboard next time. :)
    Chin up girl.

  3. We need to find that balance not only in our choice for food but by dealing with emotions without "using" food...it's good that you are aware that you did not binge as usual-keep at it, it will subside, I am the same way-don't give up, you are closer to getting better than not!
