Hi Ana,I know me too I used to weigh myself everyday-so now I can tell how much I weight, I want to lose inches so I'll go farther and be more motivated in the long run-let's keep eating well it will work!
I am in the same boat. I no longer obsess over the physical number on the scale. Muscle weighs more that fat. You can be small. and heavy if you are fit. I prob. weigh myself once a every few months just to get an idea of where I'm at. The best measurement to me is how my clothes fit! Glad to hear you are on top of it this morning!
