TODAY WAS MY BOYFRIENDS BIRTHDAY. I SAVED MY CHEAT MEAL FOR TODAY. WE WENT TO CHILLIEW I HAD THE BUFFALO CHIKEN FAJITAS. THEY WERE GOOD BUT I ATE TOO MUCH 3 TORTILLAS FILLED AND I WAS STUFFED. BUT I DID HAVE A LIKE IT STONECOLD CUP OF ICECREAM.
BUT THEN I HAD 3 JACK IN THE BOX TACOS WITH MY FAMILY AND A SLICE OF CAKE.
SO IT TURNED INTO A FREEE DAY.....BUT I DONT FEEL FAT. OR BLOATED.IM ACTUALLY OVER IT AND IM READY TO HIT IT HARD AGAIN TOMOROW DIET AND ALL
AND BELEIVE IT OR NOT I STILL FEEL LIKE I DIDNT BINGE!! I DIDNT EAT EVERYTHING IN SIGHT AND ALTHOUGHT I WAS STUFFED I STILL HAD SOME CONTROL.
Good job..I had a huge appetite on Sunday-it's hard not to over eat sometimes, but you knew your limit- just move on and keep on going as you said is a good attitude!!
ReplyDeleteAna - good for you! One of my biggest faults is over-doing my cheat days. My cheat 'meal' ALWAYS becomes a cheat day, and I literally eat till my stomach hurts! I'm working on having more self control though, lol!
ReplyDeleteYou have to live a little. Saving your cheat for your boyfriend's bday was a good move, and you can still enjoy life and reach your goals. (BTW, are you thinking of competing or just wanting to lose a few lbs?)
I love the attitude about hitting it hard again today - and soemtimes a good cheat day can refuel you, and give you waht you need to make it through another week!
Keep it up!!!
Seems like you have a very balanced understanding of what it takes to make healthy changes in the long run. Keep up the good work.
