kats pretty HOT! and i needed a pic.

week 2 is done and over with. it was nowhere near perfect. i had a few cheats and one day with not enough food. i missed 1 workout.

heres the thruth.....on different days
the cheats were one free day instead of free meal.
2 kit kat fun size bars 1 lunchable.
1/2 pasta bread bowl from doninos
and 1 hot dog

the good things were NO SCALE!!! 2 whole weeks!

no TUMMMY ACHING binges!!!

the cheats were not good but week 2 is done and on to week3

  1. Hey, it happens. And really looking back at that week compared to how you probably used to eat, it's still awesome, right? The changes will still come!
