FRUITS IN MY DIET




I ADDED FRUITS TO MY DIET THIS WEEK AND LET ME TELL YOU IMMMM LOVING IT. IVE BEEN SWEARING OFF FRUIT FOR A WHILE BECAUSE OF THE SUGAR(BUT ILL DOWN JUNK IN A HEART BEAT AND WEAK MOMENT)
I HAVE REALLY BEEN ENJOYING A BANANA IN MY OATMEAL.
AN APPLE WITH ALMONDS
AND LOVING CELERY WITH ALMOND BUTTER
AND PINEAPPLE DELICIOUS. LOOKING GOOD ON THE SCALE AND HAVENT BINGED IN A FEW DAYS OR ATE ANY JUNK. ILL UPDATE IN A FEW MORE DAYS

    Just wanted to commend you on your hard work and dedication, you really are doing awesome. I see we both have a tendency to overeat, so how do eat now to stay sane and not go overboard? Thanks for inspiring me! I am always looking for motivation to reach my own goal!

    I've found out the hard way that if you eat the foods you enjoy in moderation the temptation to go hell for leather is greatly reduced. I little bit everday to keep the mad monkey mind away!! Works for me anyhow.
