I HIT THE GYM......

HARD THIS AM I NEED TO TRAIN WITH A PURPOSE :)

I DID 40 MINUTES OF CARDIO (RUNNING) FIRST THING THIS AM.

CAMEHOME GOT KIDS OFF TO SCHOOL ATE BREAKFAST.

GOT BAK TO GYM DID SHOULDERS AND ABS!

AND FINISHED WITH 40 MINUTES OF CARDIO I DID 2 MINUTES JOG/RUN WITH 2 MINTES OF PLYOS ON A BOX BACK AND FORTH FOR 40 MINUTES.

JENNY ADJUSTED MY DIET. WERE A BIT LOWER ON CARBS SO I CHECKIN WITH HER NEXT THURSDAY AND HOPE TO HAVE A GOOD UPDATE!
