MONDAY ITS ON ..... NEED SUGGESTION???HELP?

ITS MONDAY AND IM BAK ON!
SO IF YOU READ MY LAST POST I ATE EVERYTHING IN SIGHT AT THE FAIR AND HAD NO WEIGHT GAIN KOOL HUH??? WELL NONOT AT ALL HERES THE TRUTH SO THAT WAS ON SAT RIGHT? GUESS WHAT HAPPENED ON SUNDAY??/ BAK ON TRACK UP ON TILL 7 PM WELL I BINGED !!!!! TOTALLY TILL MY TUMMY HURT. THAT SUCKS GUESS WHAT THE WEIGHT GAINNED HAPPENED AND TODAY STARTS WEEK 2 WITH MY TRAINER AND IM AT THE SAME WEIGHT THAT I STARTED. IT SUKS.

WHAT PART OF DIETING DONT I UNDERSTAND??? I MEAN I DO FREAKING 100% FOR 5 DAYS AND DAYS 6 AND 7 I JUST DONT WANT TO DIET OR EXERCISE. I THINKMY MENTALLITY IS THIS WAY BECAUSE OF BFL AND THE CHEAT DAY BUT DAM IT!!!!

OH WELL ITS MONDAY SO ITSS GONNA BE A GOOD DAY ANY SUGGESTIONS FOR SAT AND SUNDAY ARE VERY WELCOMED!!!!

  1. Just get back on track and in a few days you will lose that water weight and believe it or not probably even another pound. You just have to figure out how to mentally get over the binge and MOVE on. You can do it!!!

  2. I am echoing what Abby said. Believe me, we have all been there. :) Anything that you gained probably truly is water/bloat, so it should come off fairly quickly now that you are back on track. Don't beat yourself up, be encouraged, and just climb back on that wagon. :) We are rootin' for ya!
