5 WEEKS FEB-6-2009
TODAY IS THE END OF MY 5 WEEK POINT PEOPLE ARE STARTING TO NOTICE MY WEIGHT LOSS MY UNIFORMS ARE GETTING SMALLER IM FEELING REALLY GOOD. I THINK WHEN I GO TO THE GYM I HAVE MY HARDCORE FACE ON LOL CAUSE I LIVE IN A TINY TOWN WHERE ONLY 2 OF US HAVE COMPETED :) AND WELL WE GET NICE ATTENTION.!
SO ONCE AGAIN TOOK MY PROGRESS PICS AND I WAS SOOOO SAD TO SEE HOW MUCH FAT IM HOLDING ON TOO. I HAVE TERRIBLE TERRIBLE LOVE HANDLES TOO. THERE ALWAYS THE LAST TO GO.
SO I BROUGHT THE PICS HOME AND YOU KNOW WHAT ATLEAST I CAN SEE THE DIFFERENCE COMPARED TO MY START .... AND IM DOING SOMETHING ABOUT IT.
AM I ANYWHERE NEAR A STARTING POINT FOR A CONTEST UMMMM NO! I FEEL KINDA SILLY TO THINK THAT I HAD PLANNED ON DOING IT IN 9 WEEKS WELL ATLEAST IN MY HEAD LOL!
BUT ITS BEEN A YEAR AND A HALF OF EATING JUNK AND LOTS OF IT WITH NO EXERCISE SO GIVE ME MORE WEEKS I WILL IMPROVE AND GET A GREAT LEAN BODY I CAN MAINTAIN!

  1. You are doing good, you are looking leaner and have lost some weight. We all have our slip ups, but what is important is that we don't let it overcome us. You did good to get back on it and set out a goal to compete again. That is very motivating. The love handles will start to disappear once your bodyfat comes down. You will see :)
