IM ON MY OWN

IM OFFICIALLY ON MY OWN......
NO MORE TRAINER......I AM TRYING TO SAVE MONEY AND I WILL HAVE TO DO SOME EFFORT AND TAKE EVERYTHING I HAVE LEARNED AND DO THIS FOR THE NEXT 6 WEEKS !

DIJEST ALL
MULTIVITAMIN
GREEN TEA
GLUTAMIN
OF COURSE PROTEIN POWDER

THE GOAL IS TO WORKOUT 5-6 X A WEEK
I WILL BE DOING 30 MIN OF CARDIO WEEK 1 WEEK 2 40 MINUTES WEEK 3 50MIN ETC.

I THINK I WILL DO 2 LOW CARB DAYS FOLLOWED BY A HIGHER CARB DAY! LETS SEE HOW MY BODY KEEPS REACTING!
