im working on week six now.......
and i have overtime on wed frid and sat wich means ill be working 16 hr days wich means no gym on those days :( i have to work over time to make up 10% state of ca is taking from our check!
so the goal for week 6 is 100% clean eating!!! working hard on mon tu thurs and trying to get something in on the other days!
will see at the end of the week i will see the progress.
Girl, you do the best you can. Keep the eating clean, a week of rest will be good for you. Heck if you have a cardio machine at home, use that :)
