today i slept in awwww it was great but i get ache when i sleep too much! so anyways i didnt hit the gym till about 11am.
did legs today it was a longggggggg workout! it was good i could feel my muscles working! i got back home about 130pm awwww ready for my snak!!!
my meal plan with kim is great to start off!!! will see how he changes it later on but for now my carbs include rice cake :) brown rice and oats! im getting lotsss of food! so we will see how body responds!
