DAY 2 OF ALOT MORE :) OF MY CONTEST DIET AND 3 LBS DOWN

SO TODAY IS BARELY DAY 2 OF MY CONTEST . SO FAR SOOOO GOOOD!

MY SCHEDULE JUST CHANGED TO 4AM TO NOON! SO BASICLY I HAVE TO GET TO BED EARLIER WICHIS VERY HARD TO DO!!! WILL SEE ABOUT THAT!

JUST GOT DONE DOING SHOULDERS AND BIS :)
STILL NEED TO DO CARDIO!

GOT IN A SMALL 45 MINUTE WALK AT WORK! ALL MOVEMENT BURNS CALS RIGHT?
IM GONNA GET IN WHAT EVER I CAN BELEIVE THAT!

SO FAR MEALS FOR TODAY HAVE BEEN:

1)GREEK YOGURT AND 1 SCOOP OF PROTEIN

2) OATS 1/2CUP AND WHITES

3) 6 WHITES AND SPARAGUS

4) POST WORKOUT SHAKE

GONNA HAVE

5) FISH AND SPARRAGUS

6) MORE FISH AND SPARAGUS
