yup just 10 weeks to go and alot of work to do! 10 weeks will fly by and i will be lean again!!!
had my 1st consult today with my trainer http://www.bodybyo.com/! so when i asked him what is our weight goal he said "i dont know" we were going to bring the best you we can bring in 10 weeks! i like that answer!
got my workout done and just need to do 30 min more of cardio!
