measurements on thursday!!!

i will get my measurements done in the am! i hope there is a nice difference! i know i have lost 10 lbs in the last month so i hope the inches have gone down in some good places!

i know im getting lean my boobies are disappearing bythe second!

2 week check in went well.....



2 weeks with kim today! my checkin went well! he said abs are leaner and back is cleaning up!
weight this am was 127.8!!!! thats 7lbs down in 2 weeks! dancing oh yeah shake my booty!
diet got adjusted nothing crazy!
im happy

feeling good! and cannot wait till.....

today so far meals have been perfect! workout done and i still need to finish 40minutes of cardio! lookiing at myself atthe gym i am getting smaller and as im lifting (lol) i can see my little muscles. i cannot wait........canot wait........cannnnot wait to see my abs again! and i also cant wait for my butt to look better and to feel amazing that i just wanna run around naked! ha!

MY NUTS AND FATS :) HAVE BEEN TAKEN A WAY EXEPT FOR 1 SERVING A DAY!

THIS WEEK I WILL SEPERATE MY CARDIO GET UP EARLYYYYYY IN THE AM AND KNOCK 1/2 OFF

AFTTER WORK I WILL DO THE OTHER 1/2 AND WEIGHTS

I WILL FOLLOW MY PLAN 100% BECAUSE KIM KNOWS BEST!

I HOPE TO BE 127LBS ON FRIDAY AM!

so sad to say good bye....

what happens when you eat one too many almonds or 1 or 2 tbps too many of peanut butter???? ummmmm your trainer takes it away! "you must controll your fat intake or you will not be ready for your show" that will teach my dumb ass :)

I CANNOT WAIT TILL I DROP ABOUT 10LBS AND I CAN RUN AROUND IN A SPORTS BRA AND SHORTS AT THEY GYM AND FEEL GOOD! :) FOR REALS!

happy sat!!!

today i slept in awwww it was great but i get ache when i sleep too much! so anyways i didnt hit the gym till about 11am.

did legs today it was a longggggggg workout! it was good i could feel my muscles working! i got back home about 130pm awwww ready for my snak!!!

my meal plan with kim is great to start off!!! will see how he changes it later on but for now my carbs include rice cake :) brown rice and oats! im getting lotsss of food! so we will see how body responds!

yup just 10 weeks to go and alot of work to do! 10 weeks will fly by and i will be lean again!!!

had my 1st consult today with my trainer http://www.bodybyo.com/! so when i asked him what is our weight goal he said "i dont know" we were going to bring the best you we can bring in 10 weeks! i like that answer!

got my workout done and just need to do 30 min more of cardio!

kim said we gotta work on leanning out my lower half cleaning me up :) ! the top will come!!

i have total faith that this man can get me lean in just 10 weeks! yikes!!!!

and at the same time im nervous am i going to have to do 3 hrs of cardio omg i hope not. anyways i hope i dont look a shribbled up at the end of 10 weeks.

im thinking of getting my npc card and paying my fees for my show this month!!!

GREAT DAY!

IT HAS BEEN A GREAT DAY! EATING WAS 100% AS PLANNED!

CARDIO TODAY WAS
45MIN WALK
3.5 MILES RAN WICH SHOULD OF BEEN ABOUT 35MINUTES
AND 1 HOUR ZUMBA!

WEIGHTS WAS SHOULDERS AND BIS

IM TIRED!!!!! MY ENERGY WAS KINDA LOW TODAY BUSY BUSY DAY! RUNNING KIDS AROUND EVERYWHERE AND IT WAS EARLY DAY SO THEY WERE HOME BY 1230NOON!

I WAS UP BY 3AM SO IM AM NOW POOOPED.

SO TODAY IS BARELY DAY 2 OF MY CONTEST . SO FAR SOOOO GOOOD!

MY SCHEDULE JUST CHANGED TO 4AM TO NOON! SO BASICLY I HAVE TO GET TO BED EARLIER WICHIS VERY HARD TO DO!!! WILL SEE ABOUT THAT!

awwwww tuesday workout done.....show date may 29th?or may 22nd

happy tuesday! :)
1 hour cardio done thenhit legs . had a good workout.

im debating if i wanna do contra costa and cal! contra costa will mean traveling 8 hrs yikes 12 weeks out !!! so im really looking more at the cal may 29th putting me out 13 weeks.

goal is to lose 30lbs.

i dont get my plan from kim until next friday so from here to then is almost 2 weeks this week and next week right? so im just going to hit it hard from here to then and get my cardio in!

zumba also going back to zumba i got my scheduled change i will be working 4 AM TO 12 NOON FOR THE NEXT 2 WEEKS BUT I WILL MAKE THE BEST OF IT AND ENJOY MY 6PM ZUMBA CLASS.
