weight
k i weight myself last nite an i shouldaaaa listend!!!! my weight last nite was 134 only 1 lbd down from last weight in!!! i was soooooo sad and upset.
i do not wanna have high body fat! i dont want to be a big fat thin person and i dont wanna have love handles
so weight this am 131 ill take it and scale is going bak up at attic.

progress pics
OK I DID MY PROGRESS PICS IT HAS BEEN 2 WEEKS SINCE I STARTED MY NEW PROGRAM.
ALL I CAN SAY THIS IS NOT WHAT I WANT TO LOOK LIKE I WANT TO LOOK SOOOO MUCH BETTER MAYBE NOW I WILL FOCUS.
I HATE THE FACT THAT I GAINED SO MUCH WEIGHT AFTER MY COMP IN "2007" WOW WE ARE IN 2009!!!!! cOME ON ANA!!!! I WIL STAY ON IT UNTIL I DROP THIS BODY FAT! i DONT LIKE IT!

ITS SUNDAY......READY FOR MONDAY
kats pretty HOT! and i needed a pic.
week 2 is done and over with. it was nowhere near perfect. i had a few cheats and one day with not enough food. i missed 1 workout.
heres the thruth.....on different days
the cheats were one free day instead of free meal.
2 kit kat fun size bars 1 lunchable.
1/2 pasta bread bowl from doninos
and 1 hot dog
the good things were NO SCALE!!! 2 whole weeks!
no TUMMMY ACHING binges!!!
the cheats were not good but week 2 is done and on to week3

THURSDAY BREAK DOWN.
WORKOUT WENT EXELLENT AND I HAD MEAL 1 2 3 4 5 6 EVERYTHING GREAT AND DANDY AND THEN.........HERE IT GOES I GOT TO AN ARGUMENT WITH MY MAN SKIPPED MEAL 7 HAD A TERRIBLE EMOTIONAL NIGHT.
"tHE CHEAT" :WICH FOLLOWED WITH 2 FUN SIZE NEXTLE BARS 1 SLICE OF CHEESE AND 1 HAM NN CHEESE LUNCHABLE.THE END
I KNOW I KEEP THINKING I HAVE CONTROL AND THEN SOMETHING HAPPENS AND I KILL IT. I DONT WANT YOU GUYS TO THINK I SUCK COMPLETELY BUT I HONESTLY FEEL I AM DOING BETTER AND BELEIVE OR NOT (NOT MAKING EXCUSES FOR MYSELF) BUT I HAVE NOT GONE ON A COMPLETE AND TOTAL STOMACH HURTING BINGE AND THATS HUGE FOR ME. I STILL BELEIVE I AM GETTING GOOD PROGRESS AND I REALLY LOOK FOWARD TO PROGRESS PICS.

had my 1st cheat meal......
TODAY WAS MY BOYFRIENDS BIRTHDAY. I SAVED MY CHEAT MEAL FOR TODAY. WE WENT TO CHILLIEW I HAD THE BUFFALO CHIKEN FAJITAS. THEY WERE GOOD BUT I ATE TOO MUCH 3 TORTILLAS FILLED AND I WAS STUFFED. BUT I DID HAVE A LIKE IT STONECOLD CUP OF ICECREAM.
BUT THEN I HAD 3 JACK IN THE BOX TACOS WITH MY FAMILY AND A SLICE OF CAKE.
SO IT TURNED INTO A FREEE DAY.....BUT I DONT FEEL FAT. OR BLOATED.IM ACTUALLY OVER IT AND IM READY TO HIT IT HARD AGAIN TOMOROW DIET AND ALL

100% CLEAN ON MY DIET TODAY. NO SCALE FOR TWO DAYS. IM SUPER STUFFED BECAUSE OF ALL MY MEALS. NEVER HUNGRY. IM FEELING PRETTY FOCUSED. IM SOAR ALLL OVER AND TIRED.

MODAY CHECK IN
TODAY I HAVE BEEN 100% CLEAN!!! WORKOUT DONE AND GETTING READY FOR A SUCESSFUL WEEK.
I HAVE REALLLLLY BEEN PMS AND CRYING ETC FOR EVERYTING FIGHTING WITH MY BOYFRIEND YEELING AT THE KIDS IVE HAD IT SOOOOO BAD .....I WISH IT WOULD JUST GO AWAY!!!
BUT ON THE BRIGHT SITE I DIDNT USE MY FEELINGS AND EMOTIONS TO EAT BAD FOOD.
