weight is down again
MY WEIGHT IS BAK DOWN TO 133 IT TOOK ME ALMOST 2 WEEKS TO GET BAK DOWN I CANNOT WAIT TO GET DOWN TO 130!!! I SHOULD BE THERE BY FRIDAY!!!! I KNOW HOW MY BODY WORKS WHEN I GIVE IT 100% I REALLY RESPONDS THIS MORNING I FEEL LEANER HAPPY AND I CAN SEE MY PROGRESS COMING ALONG!

SHE SAID MY PROGRESS IS SHOWING MY WAIST IS COMING IN SHE SAID I LOOK MORE PORPORTIONED AND THAT JUST MADE MY DAY.
2 OF MY FRIENDS AT THE GYM ALSO SAID WHAT EVER IM DOING IS WORKING YEAH ME HAPPY :)
SO IM FIGUREING IT OUT I CAN WORKOUT HARD AND MY CARDI CAN BE NICE AND LONG BUT I HAVE TO GET UP EARLY ENOUGH TO HAVE TIME TO DO ALL THAT!!!
SO THIS WEEK I WIL PUT IN EXTRA CARDIO AND I WILL NOT "NOT" NOT!!!! PLATEU!!!!

SATURDAY......
SO IM HOME ALL ALONE ..... MY KIDS WENT OUT OF TOWN WITH MY MOM AND MY BOYFRIENDS WORKING .
I HAD A BAD DAY YESTERDAY AND TODAY HAS BEEN TERRIBLE I JUST GET SO DEPRESSED AND SAD WHEN IM ALONE AND ALL I WANT TO DO IS CRY....... SO I DO.
SO I WENT TO THE GYM AND RAN 9 MILES TOOK ME 1HR30MIN AND THESE MORNING I DID SHOULDERS. TIME TO CLEAN SUM HOUSE

WEEK 7
WEIGHT 136
YUP ITS UP BUT REMEMBER WEEK SIX DIET WAS TERRIBLE SO ILL TAKE 136.
TRAINING WAS GREAT MEALS WERE 110% UP UNTIL TODAY :(
BFL IS WHAT STARTED ME TRAINING AND REALLY CHANGED MY BODY I THINK ITS A GREAT PROGRAM BUT THE "FREE DAY" THAT I CANT SEEM TO STOP TAKING IS WHAT SABOTAGES MY EFFORT AND MY HARD WORK.
IM THINKING A CHEAT MEAL NOT THAT I NEEDED WOULD BE BETTER SO I GUESS TODAY WAS MY EMOTIONAL (I WAS HAVING A TERRIBLE DAY) BAD FREE MEAL. IAM STILL AN EMOTIONAL EATER WHEN IM MAD I WANTTO EAT A DONUT WHEN IM HURT I WANT TO EAT A BIG MAC ETC ETC ETC THE MADNESS MUST STOP SOME DAY AND I NEED TO GAIN CONTROL.

week 6
im working on week six now.......
and i have overtime on wed frid and sat wich means ill be working 16 hr days wich means no gym on those days :( i have to work over time to make up 10% state of ca is taking from our check!
so the goal for week 6 is 100% clean eating!!! working hard on mon tu thurs and trying to get something in on the other days!
will see at the end of the week i will see the progress.

TODAY IS THE END OF MY 5 WEEK POINT PEOPLE ARE STARTING TO NOTICE MY WEIGHT LOSS MY UNIFORMS ARE GETTING SMALLER IM FEELING REALLY GOOD. I THINK WHEN I GO TO THE GYM I HAVE MY HARDCORE FACE ON LOL CAUSE I LIVE IN A TINY TOWN WHERE ONLY 2 OF US HAVE COMPETED :) AND WELL WE GET NICE ATTENTION.!
SO ONCE AGAIN TOOK MY PROGRESS PICS AND I WAS SOOOO SAD TO SEE HOW MUCH FAT IM HOLDING ON TOO. I HAVE TERRIBLE TERRIBLE LOVE HANDLES TOO. THERE ALWAYS THE LAST TO GO.
SO I BROUGHT THE PICS HOME AND YOU KNOW WHAT ATLEAST I CAN SEE THE DIFFERENCE COMPARED TO MY START .... AND IM DOING SOMETHING ABOUT IT.
AM I ANYWHERE NEAR A STARTING POINT FOR A CONTEST UMMMM NO! I FEEL KINDA SILLY TO THINK THAT I HAD PLANNED ON DOING IT IN 9 WEEKS WELL ATLEAST IN MY HEAD LOL!
BUT ITS BEEN A YEAR AND A HALF OF EATING JUNK AND LOTS OF IT WITH NO EXERCISE SO GIVE ME MORE WEEKS I WILL IMPROVE AND GET A GREAT LEAN BODY I CAN MAINTAIN!

my weight today is 133! diet is going great i figure if the pounds are coming off the fat HAS! to come off eventually
i have heard it a million times do weights before cardio!!! finally i decided that is what i am going to do im hoping for some muscle gains with dome fat loss
i did chest and bis today! i was at the gym by 620 i got back home by 730 got kids off to school and hit cardio for 50 minutes i am trying to not plateu so i try to do different cardio and diffrent speeds all the time. today i started 2 miles then 10 min on bike and i actually used the resistance :) then i did 10 min eleptica finished off with another mile.
i bought smaller work pants! sure the one i was in were my fat pants but heyyyyy im down to 31s i have to wear dickies to work. i still have my 28s from 1.5 years ago so lets see when they fit!
