well today is friday week 2 is just about done for me. i really dont have much exiting things to say.
training
has been great! lifting heavy! trying to atleast!
and getting all my workouts in (exept for this past monday i worked and was exhausted! )
eating
has been right on . last 4 days i have been low carbish.
my staples for the week have been:
eggs
almonds
chicken ground turkey breast
protein shakes
grapefruit.
im feeling good on this diet. plan to stay on it till next sat. then i will have a free day.
scale
my scale gave up. it is broke or needs a battery. this might be a good thing. i will do pics in 2 more weeks
