my meals .....the break down

lets add a pic just for fun "AFTER MY WORKOUT"

weight this am 135

monday so what did i eat you might ask??? how did i break it down....

6am oatmeal and egg whites

9am 1 engish muffin with 2 tbsp of almond butter

1230 noon 1/2 can tuna with jalapenos 2 slices of wheat bread

430pm 1 rice cake with peanut butter

700pm3.5 oz flank steak

930pm protein shake muscle milk

my goal for now is to make "better choices" im not doing a contest and i have not been able to stick to any "contest type diet" so i just wanna eat healthier not so much like a fitness compettitor.

in my mind my goal is to try to eat a protein and carb in every meal.

i dont wanna have bread or tortillas etc pass 3-4 pm . my last meal i wanna be a protein shake.

i remember doing weight watchers and really enjoying it. sure i didnt look like a figure girl but i did lose weight

today for breakfast i had

baked chiken breast skin removed
1/2 cup corn with butter buds

late start on eating .....
workout done will do more cardio tonite.


  1. Ana,good for you for re-evalutating your goals and where you really want to be. Sometimes the diet really is hard enough to make you crack. If and when you decide to take it back to the comp level, you know what it takes and we will be here cheering you on!

    And yes, different things work for different people but I know MANY people who had success on Weight Watchers!! Are you joining again or just going to kinda mimic it?

  2. just mimic in it keeping what i have learned from weight watchers, dieting and bfl in mind will see how it goes!
