i get bak ontrack im working my butt off working about 24- 32 hrs of overtime last week this week. problemis i miss workouts and wanna/eat like a pig
with about 6 weeks till my bahamas trip i need to get diet on check. specially if i work 16hrs and if i miss ther gym!
so monday im ready for ya!!!! here we go again.....
I've been off all week-end with my food too-I hope my PMS will end, just frustrating. have a good one...
