EXCITED TO BE STARTING A NEW PROGRAM THIS COMING WEEK . NEW DIET NEW WORKOUTS! I HAVE BEEN WORKING OUT REALLY HARD DOING MY UPPER BODY AND LOWER BODY CIRCUITS AND PLYOS . DOING BOOT CAMP 3 TIMES A WEEK AND ZUMBA OFCOURSE AS MY FUN CARDIO! I HAVE REALLY BEEN ENJOYING MY RUNS!!!

Yes, I second Melissa. Good job on dropping lbs :) Pick whichever show date you are comfortable with. In the end, you just want to bring your best to the stage so you need to decide which one that will allow you to do so!
ReplyDeleteI'm in the same boat as you... Want to prep for a show this year soooooo bad.. But for me it would be too much I think because I've got 20-25 lbs to take off. So my goal is next spring... But that December 3rd show in Culver City is so tempting. I'm trying to remind myself I'm lovin training again so slow down and enjoy the process. Enjoy watching you go through the process again :)

ReplyDeleteI have surgery in a week....Octiber show date is not going to happen. The next one I see close to me is in April....looking towards that date. Text me this week so I can tell you more about it.
