Ive missed my blog

when i am blogging iam being more consisent. eating right. and exercising. when im MIA im not doing too good . so i need to get on it

today my weight was 143lbs . i also updated my weight tracker

I have been taking a boot camp class 3x a week ive made it to most of my zumba classes and i ran yesterday again .

i just need to get my meals planned and cooked for the week so i get the food part down.
