My legs ached today from yesterdays cardio and then i killed legs today! got in plenty of cardio also.
i know its only day 3 but i was craving a little sumthing so i had 1/4 cup cherrios (honey nut) 1/4 cup milk i dont think that was so bad and about 2 hrs later 1cup fat free sugar free pudding with 1 scoop of protein. the rest of my meals were a perfect comb of protein and carb.
