i guess that will be my tittle for today
vacation went great!!!
but sad to say i felt like a total cow!!! i hated being by the pool i hated the way my swim suit fit and it hate the fact that nothing fit me! all that over time really puffed me up! 5lbs weight gain and lots of fat!
so yesterday i went to work came home and did 40 minutes on my eleptical. this morning im drinking my super pump and getting ready for the gym!
