Yes, its crunch time girl! Lets get this thing done! The glitz and glam is not too far away now and the best part, the after show goodies ;) Make sure you have a plan post comp and don't be like many (including me) who gain too much weight back too fast. Its horrible on our bodies. I'm sure Kim got some program for that :)
