Well i haven't blogged in for ever! but here i am alive and well. struggled with my shoulder for 3 years and finally better and pain free. time to start blogging an time t get fit. i started back up in february weight in at about 173 and im back down to about 146lbs . so here we go again.....

Day 1 Piyo
so I did the day 1 workout witch is align the fundamentals. It is completely different than anything I have ever done. I did start my shakeology today too. just looking forward to this journey this time around. The difference between me today and before? I have a lot faith in God. That he is control of my journey and my health. I have faith he put my this in my path so I can get better , I will update start progress pics and weight and measurements soon. but for now 1 day at a time.

wow its been 2 years lets try this agan
2 years have flown by. I am still struggling with my weight it seems like now more than ever. I am getting better from shoulder surgery and today is day 1 of PIYO. I am really excited to try something new not so hard impact on my body. I Am excited yet nervous that I will hurt after wards. But here I go. I am ready to start blogging my journey again here I go.

wow its been a long time and lots has happened but this will be a short post with pictures my blog is about my fitness weight journey so ill share those with you.
I had shoulder surgery Nov 2012 and still recovering from that. I cannot do any upper body but I can do lower body and cardio.
My diet well there's no excuses .

well here's my short term goal to fit into these pants. I'm hoping to by Nov 9.
I stated watching what I eat today is day 4 and walking 3 miles.
Oct 3 my weight was 156.6

!st day back at gym. Baby steps is all i can do. i didi the eleptical and walked on treadmil for a total of 40 min .

4 monthst here i am
HERE I AM AGAIN 4 MONTHS SINCE IVE BLOGGED. STILL HURT. EATING WAY TO MUCH. AND BIGGUER THANI HAVE BEEN IN SO MANY YEARS. I DID ELEPTICAL TODAY FOR 30 MIN AND RAN 1.5 MILES STRAIGHT WICH I HADNT DONE IN A LONG TIME! MY WEIGHT IS 163...I THINK.
