I GOT 40 MORE HOURS SCHEDULED OF OVERTIME THIS WEEK. THEN NEXT WEEK I TAKE MON TUE WE AND THURSDAY OFF FOR DYSNELAND CANT WAIT!!!!

100 HOURS OF OVERTIME.....

thats what ive worked for the month of june! needless to say can you say what diet???? and missed lots and lots of workouts. lots of 16 hour shifts so who knows what i will look like onmy bahamas trip???? but i will have lots of spendin money..

my meals .....the break down

monday so what did i eat you might ask??? how did i break it down....

6am oatmeal and egg whites

9am 1 engish muffin with 2 tbsp of almond butter

1230 noon 1/2 can tuna with jalapenos 2 slices of wheat bread

430pm 1 rice cake with peanut butter

700pm3.5 oz flank steak

930pm protein shake muscle milk


my goal for now is to make "better choices" im not doing a contest and i have not been able to stick to any "contest type diet" so i just wanna eat healthier not so much like a fitness compettitor.



in my mind my goal is to try to eat a protein and carb in every meal.

i dont wanna have bread or tortillas etc pass 3-4 pm . my last meal i wanna be a protein shake.

i remember doing weight watchers and really enjoying it. sure i didnt look like a figure girl but i did lose weight



today for breakfast i had

baked chiken breast skin removed
1/2 cup corn with butter buds

late start on eating .....
workout done will do more cardio tonite.

SUMTHING nEW***

I THINK I NEED TO TRY SUMTHING NEW.

I HAVE BEEN DOING ABSOLUTLY NOTHING!!! ITS BEEN CRAZY IM AT THE WEIGHT I HAVE BEEN SINCE LIKE 4 WEEKS AGO I EVEN MISSED WORKOUTS THIS PAST FEW WEEKS AT THE END OF THE MONTH I WILL HAVE LIKE 85 HOURS OF OVERTIME!

SO OVERTIME=fat ME

ITS CRAZY 16 HR SHIFTS NO WORKOUTS AND TOO MUCH EATING!

SO ILL HAVE LOTS OF SPENDING MONEY FOR VACATION ILL JUST BE A ROLLY POLLIE!

ANYWAY ON TO THE GOOD I WORKED OT ON MY DAY OFF TODAY 4AM TO NOON. CAME HOME TOOK A LONGGGGG NAP WENT TO THE GYM AT NITE IM SOOO A AM PERSON DID CARDIO 45 MIUTES AND LEGS ! :) NOW IM DOWNING MY PROTEIN SHAKE AND I ALMOSTTTT FINISHED MY GALLON OF WATER TODAY.

i get bak ontrack im working my butt off working about 24- 32 hrs of overtime last week this week. problemis i miss workouts and wanna/eat like a pig

with about 6 weeks till my bahamas trip i need to get diet on check. specially if i work 16hrs and if i miss ther gym!

so monday im ready for ya!!!! here we go again.....
